A forward looking group of academic types, who gather and peer-review online learning sites, and then organize them for you and me. They claim to be 'open source' too, although I am not sure yet how that applies --- but still, it is a pleasent look to the future of electronic publication and the way that educative resources will eventually be for all -- and not just for 30,000$ a year at a college.
