Tonight I'll be inducted into Beta Phi Mu, a library and information science honors society. I have no idea what to expect but there is a reception, a dinner, a lot of self-congratulation, and a talk by the Dean of SUNY/Stony Brook libraries on the efforts of Americans to rebuild libraries in Iraq. I consider this my first step towards infiltrating the Free Masons. I'm going to have to tuck my shirt in.  ¶ 11:12 AM
